Just played around with my cart and here is what I am finding:
The code is good for free ship (no minimum).
If you buy over $30, the code also takes off an extra 25% and you can choose a free gift (looks like mainly hats and socks)

Simply enter USA4DEAL in the promo code box of your shopping bag during
checkout for free shipping & extra 25% off your purchase. When your total
purchase reaches $30 or more, you are eligible to choose your free gift.
