Cotton fairy theme sleeping bag

Does such a beast exist?? DD wants a Tinkerbell/fairy print sleeping bag with a zipper. I require that it be cotton. Where can I find one?? I don't care much for the nylon sleeping bags.

It might be hard to find a 100% cotton sleeping bag. I even checked quickly on etsy and didn't see any listings. You might be able to find an etsy seller who could make you a custom one, though.
