Does Amazon have the best price on Bumkins bibs?

I am looking to replace one of my bumkins bibs like below:

Is Amazon the best price if I have Prime? I considered Dex but it doesn't say if they are BPA and PVC free.

Don't forget that Babies R Us and Buy-Buy-Baby have 20% coupons for one item all the time. So you could probably get it cheaper. They also go on sale at those places too.
