View Full Version : I think I got a great deal on the BJCM

My local Bed Bath and Beyond has a small Buy Buy Baby section and are clearing out the 2010 BJCM floor models. I scored a black one (that was actually up on the shelf so less wear and tear than the actual floor model) for $132 plus tax!! It was marked down to $165 and then I used a 20% off coupon:boogie: I was going to get the 2011 but thought there's no way it's worth that much more than the 2010. Did I make the right choice??

:bighand: Score! You def made the right choice. Even if you don't end up liking the stroller you can sell it for $200 on CL (like I did.. and it only took a day).

That's an awesome price! You're lucky they let you use that 20% off coupon; Baby Jogger is usually excluded.

Great decision! There's no way the 2011 is worth $100 more than the 2010. We love our black City Mini around here...hope you do too!

Yup! Awesome score! Was it the BBB in Gurnee? I love that one :)
ETA - I have a 2010 and I put a board in it, it's perfect (you can make a board or buy a board for $12 from www.countrymoosekids.com)...

No. In fact, there is one in the Chicago area (Gurnee) that has a small baby section, and from what they told me when I asked, they are the only one, though that was last year, they may have since opened another one.
(I was there yesterday and they did not have any closeouts, but they do tend to take 20% off coupons on baby jogger). I have found a few random baby products that were online returns at other bed bath and beyonds, but it is few and far between.
