MA mamas..Chestnut Hill Borders is closing

I drove by today and noticed the Atrium/Chestnut Hill Borders is closing. 20-30% off at the moment.

That Mall has a lot of vacanies!

Thanks for the heads up. I stopped going there once the one in Legacy Place opened. It probably pulled a lot of their business away. What other stores have closed in the mall? I haven't been there in a while.

The Williams-Sonoma also moved to Legacy. I feel like there are a bunch of empty store fronts...I'm not 100% sure what closed but it seems sparse. They have some temporary stores, like TRU Express. Losing Borders must be huge since that really is the anchor there.

I really only go over there for PB and PBK these days.

What a bummer. We trick or treated there and there were not that many stores that participated. Borders is definitely a draw for that mall.
