Nursing "cleavage" question

I know at some point you get a lot smaller in size--um, when is that, again?? Is it when you lose most of the baby weight or after a certain amount of weeks of nursing? I'm smaller than I was when I was pregnant, but my boobs are still bigger than my baby's head!

It's going to vary, because I never got smaller. I am much bigger than pre-kids overall and never really went back to my original size.

uh, i never got smaller. maybe its bc i never lost any baby weight and also i was EBF my son who had an insane appetite. right when he was starting to nurse less (~4x a day) i got pg which made my boobs look like Dolly Parton's again so i have no idea. i think though if i hadn't gotten pg, i probably would have gotten smaller once the nursing sessions got to be down to only 2-3x per day.

3-4m they really went down. After a while I had to buy all new nursing bras.

I know I'll get smaller at some point PP--it happened the other two times! I just don't remember when. Hopefully sooner rather than later. :-)

Major engorgement lasts a month or two. Overall big boobness lasted for me until weaning.

While I am still about a cup size larger than my original PG size, I went from being HUGE for me (DD or E) back to more of a C around 9-10 months after DD was born. For me it didn't have anything to do with baby weight. More about nursing.

For me I didn't get smaller until about 1 mo after DS weaned. 14 mo of serious cleavage...of course I'm so small, it was kinda nice.
