Pumpkin Peanut Stew
Boca Burgers with cranberry sauce
Mashed potatoes
Mutigrain/Whole Grain stuffing from scratch
Sweet & Sour Slaw
Green Beans (have not decided how to do these yet!)
Apple Cranberry Crumble (with oats, coconut oil, flax seed & Earths Balance!)

Sounds yummy! I'm the only veg in the family, so we're going out to a restaurant which has both fares on the menu.

That sounds great! There are only two of us vegetarians at my ILs TG dinner and I've learned from past experience to fix the veggie dishes or starve. I'm making spicy Indian style butternut squash with fennel, a lentil and pumpkin stew, and rainbow chard with garlic. DH is baking his world famous pumpkin pie and saffron infused risotto. ILs will have salad and veggie sides but they will also do a heritage turkey, stuffing, pies, etc etc.

Sure - the butternut squash is an old family recipe that I will type up later; the lentil stew is from NYT! Here's the stew recipe:

From The New York Times:

Thanks I made the stew yesterday. It was good. Please post the squash recipe too. I will try it next year!
