finally managed to put baby down so can write...

im having a very hard time coming up with a gift for my 8 year old. She loves to draw and paint but we already have all the art supplies she needs. She also loves to read and I can get her books but that is not enough-I want her to get something thats FUN. 3.5 yo DD is easy-playmobil, Charlie and Lola books/dvds, puzzles.
Both girls love to sing, and my older one loves Taylor Swift (of course). I imagine both of them would play with this, and a lot. However it is rather $$ and its not like Amazon where you can read 200 reviews and be more or less on the quality/play value of something.
