Hit me with your kale recipes

I get huge bunches of kale and never know what to do with it.

I make kale chips and a sausage/kale soup. I always have lots of kale left. If you have any easy recipes, please share!

Ribollita soup. Love it! I'm going to google a recipe for you once I'm back on my computer not phone.

I also like to stir fry it with olive oil and garlic, served as a side or with polenta. Hearty and yummy!

kale as a quick salad.

Cut them into smaller bits. throw them in boiling water for 4-5 min and cool off. Drizzle EVO, salt, pepper. Chery tomatoes, Red/yellow pepper, red onions and pine nuts..YUM!;)
