I am wondering if the Bundle me's will fit the MA 70? I have new DD in a convertible seat and it gets chilly here in WI! I would love to get some type of "footmuff" for her seat.

You shouldn't use a regular Bundle Me in a car seat (or any after market product that has not been tested), because the back part will be between the car seat and your baby and may interfere in case of a crash. For car seats you need the shower cap style car seat covers like this one (http://jjcolecollections.com/car-seat-cover) but they only fit infant seat.

There's several threads about this, where the techs explain the reasons behind this.

For a convertible car seat we keep a thick fleece blanket in the car to go over DS after he is strapped in. The same principle applies to bulky coats, you shouldn't strap your baby in while wearing a puffy coat, since it will compress in a crash and the baby could then sip through the straps.

ETA: here's one of those threads http://www.windsorpeak.com/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=377032&highlight=coats and another specifically about convertible seats:

I actually don't want a bundle me per say, but is there anything that is elasticized to cover the car seats? I use blankets too, but with 4 kids to get in and out of a van, they tend to fall onto the floor, etc. I do realize the problem with the back of buntings interfering with the car seat.

Oh, just saw your response about the "shower cap style" cover. Too bad they are for infant seats only. This is exactly what I would need.

How about putting their coats on backwards after they are strapped in. We don't do that b/c DS and DD prefer a blanket, but I know some who do it and it works.

That would work, but she is 4 weeks old. I will google a sewing pattern.

How about a Car Seat Poncho? http://www.carseatponcho.com/

I love these klipz blankets.. http://www.toysrus.com/product/index.jsp?productId=4345316 they are heavy and fuzzy to be nice and warm, and I haven't tried to clip it to a carseat personally, but I don't see how you couldn't find a place that would work just fine.
