Healthy Artisan Bread cookbooks

Has anyone got/used the Artisan Bread in 5 Minutes cookbook? They've got a new book, Healthy Artisan Bread...

I am very much interested and it could be just that the beautiful pics of the bread are luring me in but does the Healthy version contain enough variety of white breads as well? Sourdough?
