Recommend a digital camera for my mom.

I want to get my mom a point-and-shoot digital camera so she can take pics of the kids. I've been shooting SLRs for so long now that I have no idea what's going on with point-and-shoots.

She'll probably never take it off automatic/program mode. So it doesn't have to be anything fancy, but I would like it to take decent pics.

I'd also like to keep it under $200.
