AHHH! Just have to get this off my chest (this is more of an anxiety post, not a b*tch post, so I didn't put it in the BP!)...DH received a great job offer in Atlanta last week and has to let them know a final decision by Friday. My company is headquartered in Chicago, but we have a small office in Atlanta and I asked for a transfer today. There is a meeting later this afternoon with some higher-ups to see if it is approved. I am SOOO anxious right now!
I am so hopeful this works out! We have our condo on the market already and have been itching to get back south. DH and I lived in Atlanta for two years while he was in grad school a few years ago and loved it. Now with a child, we are looking forward to returning to warmer weather and more space. Please keep your fingers crossed for me! TIA! :)
