Need lightweight but warm jacket for me

I desperately need a lightweight, non-bulky but WARM jacket for me. I have to take DD out for classes/activities everyday of the week and I am just tired of lugging around myself, DD, my bulky jacket, her bulky jacket, my purse, her big bag of stuff. just the thought of stepping out of the house tires me these days. Can someone recommend a lighweight jacket (plus size - 3X) that won't be bulky but the same time warm. Something that will work for upto 25 degrees temp outside. An added plus would be if it was atleast a little bit wind resistant. I am willing to spend up to a 100 dollars on it - nice colors would be a real plus!

I bought a jacket at Land's End a few years ago that would fit the bill. I'll go see if they still carry it.
