DD just wrote her letter for santa and asked for the furreal cat for her and the furreal walking dog for her sister! Anyone seen a good deal on this?

I bought the walking cat on the hasbro website tonight, I can't remember if they have the large one or not. Anyway, they have 25% off and free shipping right now so that seemed like the best deal. The discount code is holiday2010, and the website is hasbro.com.

Oops, the website isn't as above, it's hasbrotoyshop.com.

Thanks! I guess I misspoke as I didn't meant the super large ones. I meant the walking dog and the cuddlin' cat. Looks like Target has the cat for $29.99 which may be the cheapest I have seen!

Ah, got it. Well if that doesn't work out for you, you can always buy the butterscotch pony for $300 ;)

I just bought the walking puppy for 42.99 toys r us - not positive I am keeping it - I was there on my lunch break and that was the cheapest I had seen it at B and M store so I bought it.

Check out the hasbro toy shop the pp mentioned too - there is a cat for 19.99 plus 25% would make that cheap - the pup is 59.99- 25% is 45. The website keeps freezing on me and wont take the code but I'm at work so that may be the problem (I should be working, I guess).

BTW, I read on review on the pup, that it is hard to hide because you can't turn it off in the box. That thing made noise the whole way home form work - a couple times I looked becuase I thought a dog was in the street. I have no idea how I will hide it at home. I have to look better tonight and see if I can turn it off but DD was around and I had to stash it quickly last night. :)

We bought the dog at Target. There was a $10 coupon in their toy catalog--but I think those coupons might have expired? I combined it with a $5 manufacturer coupon which brought it to $30.

It does bark every time I turn on or off the basement light!

My Walmart had stacks of the puppies for $43. My mom bought one for DD and she said it barks every time she goes through her dining room (where she's stored it for now).

there IS a way to turn OFF the barking :)

I bought the puppy & we are travelling for Christmas. There was no way I could have that thing barking in the back of the minivan without Santa getting busted. I managed to open the box and find the on/off switch without disrupting the packaging too much. Hope that helps!

My TJ Maxx had quite a few different ones.

I edited my above post - I paid 42.99 at tru which is this weeks sale price so with a $5 printable that is 37.99. That's pretty good for walking pup. I just turned the animal to "off" but I had to completely open the box and remove the dog to get to the switch on it's belly. Finally- silence! I think It's worth the $5 to keep my quiet dog rather than return and rebuy with coupon!

Thanks for the coupon! I ended up finding the Lulu cuddlin' kitty on sale for $29.99 at Target and they took the $5 coupon even though it said it was for the dog. I decided to skip on the dog for my 2 1/2 year old and just got her one of the smaller cats for $10.
