need help asap - hanna sizing, for holiday drive

I have a size 130 sweater. would you consider that size 8 or 10? This is for someone I have never seen so I'm having a hard time judging.

Maybe an 8...Ds is between 8 and 10 (why are there no 9's?!) and he wears a 140 with room to grow, for the most part.

I think an 8 too. DS wears a 10 in shirts and has to have a 140 at Hanna. The 130's are too small.
