What would you serve for party Dec. 26?

DD2's baptism is 12/26. We're having a lunch for family afterward. What would you serve for a lunch party the day after Christmas???

We were thinking of picking up a sandwich platter, to keep things easy, but what to go with it? It would have to be something that can be prepared a couple days before or picked up that morning...

Veggie platter
salads
jello
chips

You could also use the crockpot and make Sloppy Joes or Chicken Tacos (but then you have to have all the toppings ready).

I agree about the casual sandwich route, be it trays or something from the crockpot. I think Debbie hit it right on the nose-- platters of veggies and dip, etc., that people can just pick at would be perfect with some wraps or sandwiches. That way, everyone's happy, even if they're still fighting their post-Christmas food coma.
