Walmart has 2 push trikes for $29

I am looking at both of these. One seems to be the same as the one on sale at Amazon. I am confused if both will allow steering in addition to pushing, and also, if DD can still pedal and steer when the handle is in.

i am interested in this too? any recommendations? how does these 2 compare to the Fisher price rock and roll trike which i am leaning against ty

I don't have any experience with either of these trikes, but thought I would share my thoughts - I have heard others say that the design of the handle on the first link is very tough on your wrist when you are actually pushing the trike because of the angle. I would have to recommend the second link out of these two - the one with the steering option - only because anything that will allow you steer is incredibly helpful. Hope this helps someone.
