Does it get any cheaper than $19.09?

It's on Amazon for that price at this moment... a dollar cheaper than Babysteals' price today once shipping is added on. DH and I are having a hard time finding something for DD who is turning one right before Christmas... we were thinking some kind of lovey or blanket would be nice and this looks cute. Any experiences? Anyone's child not like this? Am on the fence since it seems like we have plenty of stuffed animals already.

Thanks!

it was around $15 at the end of last wk. We have the cloud b giraffe (the small one) and DD is 11 months and loves it. It's in her crib now and she likes to play with it in the morning. Its not so much a toy as a comfort for her since the giraffe at least has a velcro strap to attach it to the crib.

For a lovey, I'd look for something softer and lighter (easier to snuggle). DS has one of the little blankets with arms and a lion head that he likes to snuggle with and carry around. He also has the small Cloud B sheep in his crib. He does turn it on and likes having it when he wakes up but isn't attached to it like the blankie b/c it's hard and heavy.

We have the giraffe and DS who is 16 months old uses it as a pillow. He seems to like. Often I see him on the monitor making it "walk." I think I paid around $15 for it from Amazon. I was looking for a pillow for him and figured if nothing else, I could take the pillow insert out and use it.

This is what I am taling about: http://www.amazon.com/Cloud-Plush-Pillow-Gentle-Giraffe/dp/B003AM86RO/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=baby-products&qid=1291948131&sr=1-1

thanks for all the suggestions, mamas! you're probably right in that a lovey needs to be softer... well, we'll tell grandma. i'm sure she'd be more than happy to get one of these for DD and a softer blankie-like lovey like angel dear.. and i'm stalking my amazon cart, although $19 isn't so bad, esp if it's grandma getting it for DD. you never know what kids will take to... and if she doesn't like the puppy or polar bear, i can keep it! :)
