This may be a YMMV, but I saw many toy markdowns (ending in .97) at Costco today (Denver, CO). The best deal was the Citiblocks marked down to $6.97. Not sure if 4 yr. old DD will like them, but I figure for that price we cant try them! Other markdowns I saw were on some wood puzzles, Little Me doll, Playmobile. Wish I could give more info on specific toys and prices, but I had my toddler with me who is near impossible to shop with!
