Teachers Birthday

Do you send anything, if so what for Montessori Teacher's birthday?

Have you thought about giving her (or him) a basket of supplies that they could use in the classroom....markers, paints, glue? Or if you knew of a game that they could use in the classroom that could work too. It just seems that teacher's are always buying supplies and little extras for their classrooms out of pocket. This might get more use than another mug.

I was thinking of breakfast for the teacher and her colleagues - would that be ok and then I could give a nicer gift for Christams..
