silly bandz knock off for party favors

I bought the small packs of silly band knockoffs from the dollar section at Target. Most of the packs are the birthday party theme? How can I "wrap" the packages to make them look cuter? I don't really want to do a bigger goody bag w/ candy, stickers, etc. Right now I am thinking cello bags with tulle or curly ribbon....any other suggestions?

Sachet (organza) drawstring bags was my first thought. I think you can find them in the wedding section at Michaels or the like.

I gave silly bands, too, knock-off ones & they were well received! I used cello bags w/ twist-tie from party-city but OP's idea is great!
I put the bands in the cello bag along w/ a party blower & a bag of annies brand fruit bunnies...but I think just the bandz is more than fine!
