I want to have a back up dinner plan for Christmas Day. We plan to go to my parent's, but one year I am sure the kids will just want to stay home! So, I thought I'd make a lasagna on Thursday night. If we don't go Saturday, we'd eat it then. If we do go, we'd eat it on Sunday.
Should I just assemble it and then stick it in the fridge until I want to bake it? Or should I bake it and divide it up and put it in the fridge or freezer (which?)?
Just not sure!
