At that age, DD liked her Sophie the Giraffe and was starting to be interested in some small rattle toys. I also really appreciated people getting me clothes for DD in higher sizes (3-6 or 6-9/12) because I had tons of 0-3 clothes but nothing in bigger sizes.

I was also going to suggest Sophie :)

HABA Kringelring

I was also going to suggest the Kringelring or another HABA clutch tody (my DC enjoyed the Triangle and the Salto).

:yeahthat: Something the baby can hold would be perfect.

DD1 and now DD2 love the baby whoozit we have.
DD2 is four months and I'm getting her some 6 month toys for Christmas and a sophie. She is also really starting to enjoy the soft books we have already.

My 5 month baby's favorite toys so far have been:

Sophie
Lamaze Peacock
Lamaze Giraffe
Fisher Price Glow Seahorse
Bright Starts Elephant stuffed animal with various rings and things for chewing/playing with (from Target)

For Christmas I'm getting her some toys to grow into, but also a few more Haba wooden toys/teethers.
