Just my opinion, but they look like stripper heels. If you like them, yes, they would match a black satin skirt and lace/satin top.

Don't think they look like stripper heels, but that heel's a little dated-looking and the strap comes up a little high. I have some Seychelles T-straps I really like, not available any more but these are, do you like these:

I like the Target ones! I'm not a huge fan of the first pair--don't like the shape of the toe with the platform.

I think the platform (or whatever it's called) style, along with the strap, and the patent leather are a bit much. I could see a t-strap with a different material, like satin. I've never been a fan of the platform, myself.

Those target ones are much more subdued. I personally couldn't wear a heel that high, but the fabric and absence of the platform make them more dainty looking, IMO.

I realllly want these (http://www.shopbop.com/platform-corset-ankle-cuff-high/vp/v=1/845524441878807.htm?folderID=2534374302112441&fm=other-shopbysize-viewall), but I don't think I can afford the $700 price tag! They look a little weird by themselves, but look a lot better on an actual person!
