Umi Girl Boots - R they true to size?

I'm looking at this pair for DD to go with her Gymbo red palid embroidered shirt dress .....never bought Umi boots before and just wondering if they are true to size....help please....thanks.

Additionally, what do you think of the boots with this dress?

I find they are a bit wider than some shoes and slightly larger than regular US sizes (especially for the ones that span 2 US sizes).

:yeahthat: I find that you don't need to size up. I remember reading somewhere - possibly on umi's website - that they already allow for growing room so you shouldn't size up. I definitely think that's accurate.

Thanks for the responses.....I sure hope these red ones will look okay with her shirt dress.... I just realized these are the same Umi boots on Hanna Andersson's website.....unfortunately they already sold out of her size. I just went ahead and ordered it from Amazon. I'm very excited..... got a couple pairs from Stride Riet and had her try them...she likes them but Mommy doesn't LOVE them.... :-) Hopefully these Umi boots will work out better.
