View Full Version : Make ahead or not? (casserole question)

I plan on making anything I possibly can in advance since we are eating at 12:30 on Christmas day. I'm making my sweet potato casserole on Friday and reheating on Saturday. I have a pineapple bread pudding recipe that has to mixed up in the morning so I would like to assemble this recipe a day in advance:

I've never made it before but I thought I'd like to assemble and refrigerate unbaked and then simply put the topping on and bake....think it would be ok? I don't care if the texture of the green beans isn't "crisp"....I think most in our family like them soft.
