I couldn't tell if they were cute or were kind of old ladyish, lol. I was going to wear them with my new skinny jeans on warmer days.

Not old ladyish at all, but I prefer metallic.

Also, I have only had one pair of Nine West shoes (pumps, so not sure if it's a fair comparison), and found them to be so uncomfortable and outright hurtful, that swore that I would never ever buy another pair of Nine West shoes again. IMHO they look good but don't feel good. I like Cole Haan flats better. If you get them from an outlet this time of the year (i.e. on sale, probably with a coupon, too) they won't be that much more expensive.

Agreed re: Nine West shoes. To me, Nine West is like The Limited, my days shopping there are done.
