For my DS second birthday (New Years Eve so he hasn't gotten it yet) I went out on a quest (google search!) to find the perfect MP3 player for him. He loves music and isn't the most delicate with his toys. I also wanted something that he would be able to control himself.
My first search was for the Blue Hat MP3 player but couldn't find any in the under $30 dollar range. It seems like it has gotten mixed reviews. So since these were always in the $40-60 dollar range I figured if I was going to spend that money I would look for something better.
Then came the SweetPea3. Less than $55 spent and I was really excited about. Seems like it has good reviews and most parents and kids like them.
Well I found the Blue Hat at Tuesday Morning for $20 today. Picked up two, 1 for me to decide on my DS the other to give to my DN when he turns 2 this summer.
I have both in hands....which one would you stick with? My gut tells me to go with the SweetPea3, but for $20 the Blue Hat doesn't sound that bad.
Further note, not sure if it will cost me anything to return the SweetPea.
