OK, so let's say you're cruising around town, enjoying a lovely latte, and easily maneuvering your baby in a stroller. Which stroller gives you the easiest one-handed push? Nevermind weight or price.... :)

If you want it to be reversible: Bugaboo Cam or Frog. The Vista is also a very nice push.

I've done it with the cam. I'll have to try it with the Bob when she's a bit older. I have a car seat adapter for it but I don't ever leave her in the car seat outside of the car anymore, especially since I got the Cam

I talk on the phone while pushing the BOB Rev Duallie all the time. Which is probably why I get so frustrated with the Phil&Ted. Definately NOT a one handed push.

My Bee pushes like a dream, even on (mostly even) city sidewalks. It definitely qualifies as a cup of coffee in one hand, pushing stroller with the other hand, stroller. Although these days it's more like, one hand on disgruntled 5 year old, pushing stroller with the other hand, stroller.

My 3 wheel quinny zapp does too!

I do this (and stroll-n-text)everyday with both my Vibe and Bob and my twins. Obviously the Bob is better but the Vibe works.

Inability to do this with my Maclaren is why I sold it

Of those I've pushed, definitely a Bob Revolution.

I would have to agree with all of the Revo responses. Should have put it in my original post :) Love to see other options though. And btw, this posting was in response to spending the afternoon shopping with my 7-month old in our Quest, getting more and more frustrated to the handling situation!

I have carried two coffees, and pushed a Maclaren Triumph w/a 30lb 2 yr. old up a small hill in the Jamaica Plain area of Boston. I was quite proud of myself that I made it back with no spills. Love the push on Bob though, but for a compact umbrella you can't beat the Triumph.

All those BOB answers are really getting me excited for my Revolution that's coming today! Now, where is that FedEx truck so that I can leave the house already?!?!

I am able to do this with all of my strollers. I'm pretty picky about push. Bugaboo, Mountain Buggy, and Maclaren...all great. Although the Mac, moreso indoors than out.

would it be weird if you were standing outside with your DC.. waiting for the fedex truck, ask him to unpack it and keep the packaging - so you can start strolling? :bighand:

bob duallie for sure! my bee is a very very second second, only not quite as easy since it has regular non air tires :) great thread! now this is assuming my children are ACTUALLY sitting quietly in the stroller which is very rare!

Bugaboo Frog, for sure! My BJCE has a great one handed push also though, I'm always talking on my phone while walking, lol...

Sad to admit I text and push my Vista all the time.

Out of my Joovy Kooper and Zoom, I'd choose the Zoom. I don't take the Zoom to the mall (I promised myself when I got it that I wouldn't do that to the poor aisle displays at B&BW, lol) but I can't even fit the Starbucks cup in the holder on the Kooper. So I love when I walk outside with the Zoom and am able to drink my coffee! And it pushes.... so..... easily.....

Wow, I've never heard so much Bob love from this board.

I clearly need nicer strollers. If I've got coffee in one hand I want to have my other hand patting my baby in the baby carrier. :)

:yeahthat: I was pushing ds in the triumph yesterday and I remembered all the reasons I love it. But bob for sure. Way better than my p and t. My bjcm isn't bad either. But I can push my bob on horribly paved streets while walking a 90 lb lab (and sometimes holding a phone) without any problem... so BOB

mountain buggy.

i've done it with other strollers, but the mbud is the easiest, no matter how heavy the load in the stroller.

Another Bob here. I have a duallie and a 4 & 5 yo that total about 95lbs of kid and I easily push them 1 handed while walking a 45 lb Lab!

BOB for sure. :) And you need this (http://www.somafab.com/morningrush.html) to hold your coffee mug in because normal mugs don't sit well in the parent console and can dribble.

Sure, I can push my Mac one-handed when I have to, and I have quite the maneuver for getting it through doors, but you need an AT if you're going one-handed for any distance and you don't want carpal tunnel :D

You know what? I pushed around a Joovy Cocoon 2 fully loaded with 100 pounds all day yesterday, one-handed. And a few times with a fully loaded coffee cup. Since it was fully enclosed, I didn't have to worry about coffee spilling on the kiddos. And the enclosure also kept them toasty warm, in the brr cold wx here!

PPS. It would have worked well at the Rose Bowl Parade, too! :yay:

I have to say, I can't believe how amazingly well my Chariot pushes! With the strolling kit (swivel wheels), the push is *almost* Bugaboo-esque.
