I'm not sure about llbean, but lands end has free shipping, no minimum (I think) and I have better luck with them than with llbean. Check out the overstock stuff.

I prefer LE as well, but no navy snow pants/bibs in a size 5 :(. I should have seen this coming, but we didn't pull out the snow stuff until this weekend.

I have no idea what they have right now, but last Feb/March-ish, I got DS snowpants for this year from Rugged Bear. They were only $11 (massive clearance for EOS) and they're amazing quality.

So funny that you mentioned Rugged Bear - just told DH that I was going to swing by there tomorrow before ordering from LL Bean. Lucky to live in a town that has one! Hopefully they'll have what I need!

Rugged Bear is the one place that I can find winter gear late in the season. Last year, I needed to get mittens for DS1 in March and they were the only place that still had them. So you'll probably find them in the store.

Update: Went to Rugged Bear and they didn't have the bibs I saw online. The cheapest ones they had were $50 pants. The bibs were all $60. Did manage to spend $55 on hats and gloves for the kids, though, and then came home and ordered them online. I got $5 off for signing up for their newsletter, and another $5 for taking a survey, so that covered shipping.
