Where to get: Bucilla felt applique kit?

I'm looking to buy some Bucilla felt applique kit (ornaments). I would prefer to get the them locally if I can. But Joann, Michaels and Hobby Lobby do not seem to have it (I started looking recently so may be they are sold out?). If you have bought them before, please let me know where is the best place to get them locally or on-line. TIA!!!
