Leftover Hamburger Recipe

I grilled tasty burgers Saturday night and I have probably 3/4 pound cooked burger meat in the fridge. I don't want to throw it away. Can anyone recommend recipes to use my burgers? Kid friendly would be a plus, as my children are fairly picky these days. Thanks in advance!

Well, I don't know what your family likes, but my family would love that with spaghetti and sauce. . . or in mac & cheese. . . or on a pizza. . . . or in a taco or mexican-style wrap. I intentionally make extra cooked hamburger for these very things.

I guess I just wasn't thinking that hamburgers shaped in patties in my fridge could work the same way I use ground beef. Guess I need another cup of coffee.

Ps. Instead of working, I just spent ten minutes googling this and came up with the same conclusion you did. Looks like I am making a meat sauce for pasta today!
