that's pretty old...it would have to be in seriously brand new condition to pay that much- i'd offer $250 since i'm betting it's pretty well used.

I can totally wait. I don't need it at all, I just want one because everyone is talking about it so much here. ;)

$300 is about what I paid for a display model at buy buy baby. And I got a 2 year warranty with that. You should totally get one, btw (just maybe not at that price).

I just have to say that the term "Bee minus" makes me :hysterical:. It just sounds so funny!

A 2007, 2008, and 2009 model of the original bee is the same. They made 2 tiny changes to the 2009 bee- thinner wings (which you can get for free through bugaboo customer service) and the brake recall (which is also free). Since they are basically the same exact model it would really depend on the condition of the stroller. How much did she use it? Was is her main stroller or car stroller, extra stroller for grandma, etc. I think between 200-300 is a fair price for an original bee. 200 if it needs work, 300 if it is pristine, like new maybe comes with a upholder or something.

I think I am going to pass on it as much as I want one. When I called her, the story of why she was selling it was really complicated and made my gut tell me no. Maybe the stroller fairy will bring me one for my birthday (although DH would have an anneurism if I told him that I wanted a $500 stroller new).
