Cuinsinart Ice Cream maker....

I got this for DH as part of his bday gifts. We made the chocolate ice cream over the weekend. Just used the recipe in the manual that came with it.

Oh MY, it is so very good!! Dh decided to put mini choc chips in it too, but it wasn't necessary. Delish! And I am not really an ice cream-freak type person.

Now that we have the consistency down after a couple tries, we are loving the fresh icecream too!

I have that ice cream maker and love it. We were having so much fun trying new recipes all summer long. Some of our favorites:
Apple Pie (DH's favorite)
Nectarine (it has a creamy consistency, not a sorbet)
Peanut Butter with salted caramel (oooh, that was so amazingly good...)
Graham Cracker
Dulce de Leche (that was so divine, makes me want some even though I'm cold!!)
Fudgecicle (DH and Punkin loved it, I unfortunately could not taste it due to the chocolate - the recipe said I could have used white chocolate fudge flavor but I couldn't find it in the store.)
Mint chip (with white choc chips because I can't eat chocolate)
