Anyone here with a DC with Asperger's?

One of my 10 1/2 year old twin daughters was diagnosed with ADHD (Mainly inattentive type) and a mood disorder the fall of '09. I've been thinking that she may also have Asperger's and have an appt set up for next week to start that whole diagnostic process with a nearby center that specializes in spectrum disorders. Does anybody here have a child with this disorder or know someone well that has a child with it? Any advice, or experiences you can share?

My son has been diagnosed with "aspergers tendencies" and we are monitoring him as he gets older to see if that changes to a full blown diagnosis. He has ADHD and SPD as well.

My sister has AS as well as severe depression and OCD. She is now 28 years old. She was diagnosed at 19 with the AS. It would have been helpful if she was diagnosed earlier so she could have gotten some behavioral therapy. She has always had sensory issues- can't stand to be touched on her shoulders, won't wear certain clothes, can't have tags still in her clothes.
