Go-to haircut site?

I am getting a cut tomorrow and want to go slightly different orvrather more stylish! Its shoulder length now, all one length, no bangs.

Something eay to care for but i do blow dry my hair every or every other morning.

I would consider two things....layers and bangs (maybe). Layers can really update your style.
