full episodes of tv shows online?

Where can I watch full episodes of tv shows online? I know about Hulu...what else is out there?

I always to the networks website that the show is on and they will have them available for X amount of time after they first air. But I am not techno savvy at ALL :)

There's also Fancast.com

If you have comcast, sign up online using your subscriber ID and you can see everything you can watch on TV, online.
