Has anyone tried the Phil & Teds Smart?

I am intrigued by this cute little stroller. I am just not an umbrella stroller girl, but I would like a smaller/lighter option than our Cameleon. Has anyone tried this one yet? The reviews on Amazon are mixed.

I "test drove" this. I really hated the seat. It seemed very short and not comfy. It does look cute though.
