I need to replace a twin box spring that is broken (and possibly the mattress too). I'm looking for healthier options and having very little luck. Any advice or guidance?:waving4:

Ikea has a natural latex mattress that is reasonably priced.

I would go for IKEA's mattress + bed frame and skip the boxspring altogether. That's what we've done over here and I'm happy with it :).

Moonlight Slumber or Naturopedic. Also, Verlo (latex) and Land of Nod has a healthy option.

If you're a member of Costco, they have a twin latex mattress on their website.

We're in the market for a twin set. What's wrong with a traditional mattress? I guess I'm totally out of the loop on this one.
DH insisted on a box spring/mattress set for DS (versus a framed bed with just a mattress on a slab). Was this a bad choice? Now it's DD's turn. What should we be worried about?
