Yes, you have to have $50 before tax to use your gymbuck. It will take $25 off your total. You can't use coupons when you are redeeming your gymbuck.

I threw mine away by accident before. Just email CS with your order #. They will let you know your gymbucks info.

I've seen the prices to be basically the same. The clearance stuff is going to be hit or miss with better odds of me putting something together at the store than on-line, but some of that is that I can't visualize as well on-line if pieces match since I haven't seen it IRL.

I think they are the same, but my store is terrible about putting the markdown stickers on items so I have better luck getting to my magic $25/$50 etc.. thresholds online. Sometimes I print out what I want from online and ask them to find it in store (save the $5 shipping) but usually don't have luck finding all of it.

I didn't even have to give my order number! They just looked it up in the system and emailed me my Gymbuck code. Whew!

If you order on-line, add in a baby girl or baby boy gift box. The box will include a 20% coupon. I forgot to add it in and called Customer Service. I could cancel the order within the hour and order again....but the rep did it ...painfully...but it is done.

I just called and they stated that since I earned them instore, there is no way to look them up...only orders online can be given their code. I am going to start searching again!

Someone stole my purse once with my receipts and the gymbucks tucked "safely" in my wallet. It was so upsetting!! Good luck!

Update about my situation: I also emailed customer service and they were able to provide the redemption info to me. So, email instead of calling if anyone needs to have the codes replaced!
