Are you sure? Check the very bottom of the e-mail for a code. I got an e-mail thanking me for being a great customer, etc, etc, but the actual code was way down.

So random, I got two emails to the same Hotmail account - one with a free book and one with the ten free cards. I'm not complaining though! I need to do a book.

ETA: I ordered a book a few weeks ago and in the text of the email it says "Use it to ... re-order one of those gorgeous photo books you just gave as a holiday gift". So maybe you needed to recently order a full price book?

We bought our photo calendars from Shutterfly in Dec and rec'd the Thank You email with code today.

I purchased several items from them last month and there is no code in my email. It does have at the bottom "This offer is exclusively for the account of..."

I got the code for an 8X8 hardcover photo book--now that I use Costco for photo prints, I almost never use Shutterfly so maybe they're trying to lure me back?
