Just dragged the boys to target today. Not sure I can put them thru another shopping day. But people have posted that there are toys ringing up for 3 dollars.

Hmm. Tempting but my DC are off from school again tomorrow b/c of the icy roads and Kmart isn't that close so I'm not sure it will be worth it especially with the potential ice.

Reminds me of the $1 Borders sale we are all hoping will happen again.

I checked out two stores today and they were both a bust. Their general clearance sections were totally picked over and the $3 clearance was just a bunch of junk. The only thing I ended up with was a set of Prince of Persia Legos that were unmarked in the Lego aisle.

I checked out the sale and got 2 different Lego Prince of Persia sets for $3 (Ostrich Race and Fight for the Dagger) and the Power Miners Claw Catcher. All w/ regular Lego and not marked.

The Atlantis ones in the SD thread were full price.

The PP seems cool, DD is not familiar w/ Power Miners but it is good for parts.

I really didn't look for any of the other stuff.

I got some tag books. I bought 3 tag and 2 tag jr ones. Both 3 dollars. Also a star wars helmet. and a chixos design a luxury loft playset. All 3 bicks.

May try another tomorrow.

I'm late to this and finally stopped today to check ours. I bought 3 of the Lego Power Miners. DS and his friends like them, and we have 2 parties coming up, so perfect!

My store still had a table of other stuff, too. Just because it's been a while since it was posted, doesn't mean it's all gone...at least not here.

Stopped in at my local Kmart in search of the Power Miners Lego set for nephew's bday. Wasn't there, unfortunately. But I did pick up two Tag books on the $3 clearance table (Star Wars and Ben 10). I also picked up some Christmas stuff at 90% off: four rolls of wrapping paper (Eco brand, 100% recyclable--very pretty, too), two bags of bows, four two-packs of cloth napkins in a green damask pattern, and a bag of cinnamon-scented pinecones. My total for everything was $12.xx. I was happy I had stopped in!
