I was in my old navy yesterday and the clearance was an additional 40% off. I grabbed a puffer coat for next year for $8.50 (it doesn't seem as substantial as the gap one, but I'm assuming it's okay - while I'm on this - does anyone have experience with the old navy "warmest jacket?")...

The Old Navy one is only polyester filled...the Gap one well up until recently is usually down filled. Gap has been starting to sell their "warmest jacket" with just poly fill from what I noticed this year. Also, the Gap Outlet "warmest jacket" is polyester filled unless you are getting one there that is originally from the Gap stores. Hope that's not to confusing.

I went to ON last week, and they were having this sale. It was awesome! I got tons of kids' clothes - 6 long sleeved shirts and 2 fleeces for DS, some shirts, leggings, Snoopy pjs and a wool toggle coat for DD. I spent $45 total. I went again this weekend and there wasn't much left. If your store is just starting, hopefully there is still a good selection.
Don't forget to go to ON's facebook page. Under the Barker's Bones section, you can find printable coupons. I got a $10 off $50 which was what brought my total down to $45.

Thanks for posting this!
Our Old Navy had a great selection of clearance - tons of racks (not just the jumbled 'clearance' section on the wall). They said that the 40% off clearance had been going on all week, but they had just done a giant markdown this morning.

Thanks for posting! I left the kids with DH today and hit up the $16 bra sale at Victoria's Secret and Old Navy. Got DD1 some jeans, a dress, pajamas and fleece pants/shirts for next winter and returned two sweaters that I got for Christmas. I was able to use that store credit to buy a pair of $6 jeans, a sweater coat, and several cardigan sweaters! I also had $20 in rewards and a $10 off $50, so I got myself a comfy velour sweatsuit and a few other clearance shirts. They had tons of women's clearance, and a good amount of size 5 and up girls clothes. I could have been in their for hours but the store was closing so I had to be quick!
Between this and the Kohls sale a few weeks ago, my 4 yr. old is set on winter clothes for next year :)
I picked up a turquoise puffer coat for $10 too, my old down coat now leaks feathers everywhere to I look like a chicken when I take it off!

Thanks OP. I've been waiting for this. Got a price adjustment on stuff I bought last week. Also picked up 16 items for $47.xx so less than $3 each. This was after the 40% off and a $10 off $50 coupon. May hit another ON tomorrow.

I'm going to have to check our ON again. I checked with them over a wk ago for this sale and they were still at 50% off max, and not the extra 40% off clearance. Hoping to score some deals on boys' pants and coats.

I went on Saturday and scored some decent maternity clothes for $15 (3 items). Trying to refresh my wardrobe from my pregnancy with DS!

Thanks satchnbucky for posting about the sale and thanks to Twin Mom for posting that you got a price adjustment - I was told that they would not price adjust clearance so I wasnt' even going to bring in my receipt when I went shopping later today - now I wil! :)

Thanks for the heads up! I got something like 18 items for $40. The kids clothing selection was meh at our store but I did find some shirts and a toddler winter coat for $8.xx. They had a huge display of women's fleece scarves and hats by the cash register for a whopping $.54 each (before the $10 off $50 coupon so actually a little less.) I stocked up for a few care packages and to donate them to a local shelter.

Thanks again OP! :cheerleader1: I printed a $10 off $50 coupon and ended up getting A LOT of stuff for $44 after tax (I got a bunch of pants for about $6 each for me, along with a bunch of stuff for DS - probably 10 items for $40)! Wowsa! Plus I got a price adjustment for some stuff I had bought earlier in the week :)

Thanks for the heads up! I got a $15 off $75 coupon and spent $66! I calculated the original prices... $267! I got sweaters and tops for me, a hoodie for DH and a coat and hoodies for DD. The kids section was super picked over but adults was plentiful! I accidentally bought a maternity top... Wishful thinking??
