Dining Plan - why can't I pick??

We are going to be in DL for three full days (three day park hopper) and a morning of the 4th day (not in the park).

I can't decide on a meal plan. It's making me crazy. (I am putting WAY too much thought into this vaca!!)

HEre are the options. Right now I am thinking GOofy (lowest) and adding in one Premium meal with princesses. ($39 adult/I think $20 kids.) Will we be screwed without reservations places if we don't get more meals??? Had originally thought Minnie's plan but that seems like a lot of table service meals (4 including Premium).
