800mcg or 100% rda for pregnant/lactating women.

It is Spring Valley brand.

Target up and up - 800mcg. I add an extra folic acid tablet with 40mcg because the recommendation is now much higher

I took and still take Nature's Blend No Iron Multis and it has 400mcg of Folate in them. I also took an extra 400 mcg when I was pregnant just to be on the safe side.

I couldn't do a true pre natal because of the iron which even in the miniscule amount doses makes my IBS so much worse.

I take PR Natal 400 which is a prescription prenatal given free by prescription by local grocery stores around here. It says it has 1 mg folic acid.
