Can anyone tell what this toy is called, and where can I get it? DD loves it! My grandma has a very small set at her house, she can't recall where they came from. DD loves them!

I remember them being called Bristle Blocks. But Baby Genius makes a set called Krinkle Blocs On-the-go. My youngest was given a set for Christmas. I'm pretty certain you can get a version at Target.

Costco had a bucket around Christmas.

They used to be called bristle blocks (we have a HUGE set from when I was a kid). I've seen them in stores at krinkle blocks (in small packages) and over $50 (I found them at a small independent toy store like that).
