Does anyone have a good stir-fry recipe? I want to use a bunch of my left over veggies from a relish tray from a super bowl party.

I don't really use a recipe. I heat oil and garlic in my wok, and cook thinly sliced chicken. Then I add whatever veggies and some water and soy sauce (sometimes mixed with ginger and hot sauce) and cover with a lid for a few minutes. I serve over rice or asian noodles (the thin kind) or whole wheat spagettini.
