A shoe thread elsewhere reminded me that I wanted to give Tinysoles a plug.
They gave us excellent customer service. My mom bought my daughter new shoes for Christmas but didn't know the brand ran really large. So we wanted to exchange for a smaller size.
They were completely helpful and not phased at all that it was a gift, someone else's credit card, etc. They found the pair we needed and put them away safely until the returned pair arrived. We got the replacement much sooner than expected. And the lady was very cheery when I called. I know that's hard during the post-Christmas returns fest.
She also gave right-on sizing advice. She was familiar with all the brand's idiosyncracies.
