I ordered a Haba rug from them on Jan 20th, which is 3 weeks and 1 day ago.
I sent them an email inquiry asking for a status update about a week ago, then called and left a message, along with another email inquiry 2 days ago. And still haven't heard back.
So, I'm getting antsy... I really want the rug for our playroom!
They seem like such a nice site and I have heard other BBB'ers ordering from them, so I really want to give them the benefit of the doubt, but wondering how long I should wait before ordering a rug elsewhere. A
nd how do I even go about canceling an order if they can't be contacted? I wouldn't want to order elsewhere and then still get this one.
